What Is Offshore Development?
Offshore development means building websites, apps, and systems
with an overseas development team instead of developing everything in Japan.
Offshore teams have improved greatly in both engineering and consulting,
making it possible to deliver quality comparable to domestic teams at a more competitive cost.
DEVELOP
Our Strengths
Right Development Model
Based on what we learn in the discovery session, we propose the best approach, including the pros and cons of agile and waterfall. It is also possible to build the initial product with waterfall and then continue maintenance and improvement with agile.
If a previous development project did not go well, we can propose the best way forward based on our experience and track record.
Strong Engineering
We have experience developing a wide range of products, including web services, apps, native iOS and Android apps, and hybrid apps built with React Native or Flutter.
Specialists in each development area propose the best technologies and architecture based on schedule, budget, and requirements.
Broad Coverage
We support product development across many business areas, including AI, B2B services, business efficiency systems, internal systems, e-commerce, IoT, and entertainment services.

Contact
When contacting us, please share the following information.
Specifications, wireframes, design files, budget, competitor websites, and competitor apps
Estimate
Based on the materials you provide, we confirm the details as needed and submit a final estimate.
If you do not have documentation, we can create it for you and explain the separate process.
Order & Development
After the order is placed, we begin with high-priority features and user-facing screens.
We provide weekly reports and adjust priorities and specifications based on feedback.
Acceptance & Delivery
Depending on the project duration, we generally set a two-week acceptance period.
During acceptance, we make revisions based on client feedback.
Maintenance
We handle server monitoring and additional feature development, and we propose improvements after release to support product growth.

Fixed-scope development is a contract model in which we clarify the required specifications and system needs in advance, then design, develop, test, and deliver the software by the agreed deadline.
Unlike lab-style development, the client does not need internal IT expertise.
Lab-Style Contract
This is a quasi-mandate contract model. Requirements can be changed, so it is not necessary to define every detail before development starts. However, as the amount of work increases, the schedule may become longer and the cost may increase.
Cost advantages made possible by offshore development. Up to 60% cost reduction in past projects.
Requirements are defined by Japanese members or senior Vietnamese members, and development is carried out by the Vietnamese team. This enables a significant cost reduction compared with developing everything in Japan.
Offshore development helps reduce software development costs by building with teams in countries such as Vietnam, where engineering costs are more competitive. Many companies now use offshore teams directly or through development partners.
By having Japanese-side members handle specifications and design while development is carried out in Vietnam, we can deliver high-quality development at a lower cost.
Built around skilled KaiyouIT engineers
A flexible and scalable team structure
We provide full-stack development and can handle the entire process from requirements definition and design to frontend, backend, API, app development, and testing. We have delivered more than 200 projects, including web apps, smartphone apps, business systems, and SaaS products. Vietnam also has a young and highly motivated talent pool, which helps us build a flexible team structure that works well with Japanese companies.
